please advise if Whitbarrow is a good place for people over the age of 80 - I am concerned with the cobbled streets. My father has a replacment knee and I am concerned with his walking ability on cobbles - what would you recommend?

Hi Marie, Don't know whether you need any info to date but we went to this resort in Dec 06. As to the cobbled streets they do cater for disabled by allowing you to have your car parked outside your lodgings. Also the cobbles are not all over only in the old section. Hoipe this of use. We had a lovely tim there.
