Thaba Monate

Very bad service and poor management

Just come from Thaba Monate and found that the luxury accommodation are not that luxury considering that you get one fan for 4 rooms . Asking for more only get some poor excuse from management .
Their daily cleaning service do not exist even after complaints to management .
No safes are available in the Chalets .
The electricity seems to be a problem as there are 75 volt readings around the ligts around the swimming pool and are a danger .
The geust entertainment program was not followed at all .
The warm pool was very dirty with water lices that bite you the hole day .
the four star rating they have is very questionable
