Apartment C301

When we purchased our week here, we were told there would be umbrellas supplied on the balcony - but on our first visit in Oct. none were there, and we were told we couldn't have any. We couldn't use the balcony for most of the day as it was too hot. Has anyone else had this problem ? Also fitness suite was closed for part of the time due to lack of staff !!
