any updates on this timeshare?. 1 year ago there was construction going on, is it still there? which suites are away fro the construction site. is the beach far? is it a good beach or is it too rocky/windy/rough?

The TUG Resort Database is where you can see ratings and reviews of resorts as posted by TUG members. I believe you have to be a paid member (~$15/year) to read the resort reviews, but it is worth in IMO.
