What does one go through to use time share for renting?

I am wondering how renting the time share to someone works. Since I am responsible for damage done to the timeshare, how does one screen any potential renters?

Please visit this link http://www.redweek.com/help/rental_process/owner for information on renting your timeshare. We suggest using a Vacation Rental Escrow Service to secure the funds and also have a rental agreement that explains about damages, etc.
