Best time of year to visit Aruba?

We have the opportunity for an exchange for a week to Aruba and was wondering when would be the best time to go. It is available to us week 18 (early May) thru week 49. I was told that November could be windy. I don't really want to go during rainy or hurricane season either (if there is one). Any suggestions and info. would be greatly appreciated!

I have been to Aruba in May, June, August, November and December over a 20 period. I can definitely state that we have always had near perfect weather. Temp has always been between 80 and 86. Water temp and wind have generally been about the same too. Aruba is one of those places where the weather is just about guaranteed no matter when you go. And of course, no hurricanes!
