what can you tellme about this place?

It is quaint, and simple but always clean. Definately a beach condo. It is walking distance to town and walking distance to the ocean and golf course. We come here every year. Liz

Pine Acres is very clean and nice place to stay while visiting Monterey or Carmel. It's walking distance from a very beautiful coastline complete with tide pools, sandy beach, and rocks for climbing. Accomodations include a very comfortable bed, full stocked kitchen, and full bath. The hot tub is excellent too! We love staying here in a two bedroom 2 story townhome, a one bedroom cottage, or the studio with a pull down bed. So much better than a hotel or motel. Clean nice and quiet!

Yes we are. But that's why people come to this area.

We are a well run, well maintained resort, small in size but big on personality! We offer limited services but always here to direct you to activities and local happenings. A great place to stay if you are looking for a clean unit in a safe area with a great staff. Come see us!
