Recent purchases from Developer, Shell We would be interested in your experience in purchasing or owning through Shell, particularly at the Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy. why buy from shell???? buy from the private resale market and save a ton of money. just study the market and make an educated purchase. from shell, points cost about $6 ea, on the resale market you can buy points from $.05 to $.50 each. quite a difference
