why no inquires?
I have posted time share on red week over a month ago and have not recieved one inquiry yet. Is it my time share, Fishermans Village, Playa del Carmen or what? Has anyone had any experience with this? Do I need to post on ther web sites? Thanks Henri, wife on ronald

You didn't say if you were renting, selling or exchanging!
I'm no expert on computers but I just went looking for your resort and couldn't find anything even listed on Redweek about it!
I did finally locate your resort on here! The resort changed names and now is called Sunset Fisherman Spa@Resort.
Its hard to understand if my information was right about the name change how you wouldn't know about it too!
It seems you have one of the lowest asking prices so it just may take time!
I pulled our unit couple months ago in Lake Tahoe for the same reason and we went and enjoyed our week!

========= That is the big advantage of posting your week for rent rather than banking it with an exchange company: If it doesn't rent, you can use it. It isn't out of your control. MD

Is your timeshare for rent or for sale ..... either way you probably need to drop your price.

There are 17 rentals at Grandview on Redweek and only 1 unit was rented for December 30, 2007. The problem with Las Vegas is that it's becoming overcrowded with timeshare resorts (similar to Orlando and Branson), not counting all the luxury hotel rooms available.
Also, from what I gather Grandview is not on the 'strip' and many people prefer staying on the 'strip' in order to walk from one casino to another (or take the momorail).
The timeframe you own is part of President's week (a holiday week for many people) and someone may rent your unit at the last minute. Most people don't plan vacations months in advance as timeshare owners have learned to do in order to get what they want in a trade. Your price seems to be fair.

Hi Diane,
I looked at your posting and of all the current 39 rentals for Mayan Palace Riviera Maya your price is the highest. You might consider lowering your price to see if that helps.
