How readily available is the shuttle transportation to Disney World? Would we have to wait around long to go?

Contact the staff at Vistana Villages directly for times. We were just there and chose not to use their shuttles to the parks because they charged $9 per person to take the shuttle. Since we rented a car it was less expensived to pay $11 a day to park at the parks. During this time of the year the parking at the parks seems easy.

Anyone with recent experience with the shuttle to DW? Is it free only to direct renters at Sheraton, or to timeshare traders like us? How much is it per person/child? Better to rent a car for the week and pay parking?
