Best way to sell at Powatan Plantation

I want to sell my c/d units week 52 at Powatan. Does anyone have any good advice about selling and pricing?

Has anyone gone to Powhatan and bought while there? I was told this was a good way to sell, people already there, enjoying themselves, seeing it for themselves, are more likely to buy. I am thinking of selling my unit but am not sure what the best way would be. How successful is posting here? How long does it normally take to sell a good listing? I know resort and week are important so there may be many variables. We love our week in the summer but just don't use it like we should.
