Silver Beach Club

We reserved thru RCI timeshare. Our room had a broken stove, broken dishwasher and no AC. The staff kindly offerred us a "fan" to blow around the 80+ degree heat. RCI supervisor was on the phone and listened in on the conversation and documented the rude attitude of staff etc.. The owner of this resort pretends it all did not happen even though every thing was documented by RCI. We left in the middle of a torrential downpour to another resort. Before we left another guest was heavily complaining about Boogers all over their sheets. The staff, at first, said they would not give them sheets and later finally relented. They then told these people that they did not have "clean" mattress pads to offer them.

This is a very short version of the entire experience. None of it was good. Correspondence with the owner proves that Snakes manage this resort.

Just a friendly warning. There are plenty of places to stay in Daytona Beach and any of them would have to be better.
