Renovations

I recently stayed at IH in 1401 and 1409. 1401 was unliveable with noise and unhealthy vibration from AC unit and service elevator. The place is in need of renovation, but still well placed in Waikiki.

The reality office in the IH was proposing to sell TS units saying the renovations were all included ??

Does anyone know about this ? Once bought and paid, is a TS immune from "assessments". What are "assessments" ?

14th floor was the floor of world wide vacation club that sold out to imperial of hawaii. last year direct owners paid 1000 extra, over mait. fee, which was hard.
however, i still think they will ask for more.
if you buy, buy from this board. much lower price.
rumor has it had D. Trump. may buy us out.
long time owner like me, do no want to sell.
