Balboa Club, NOT the Towers

It is my opionion that the balboa club owner is letting it be run down. we probably will be giving up our timeshare because of that. The property is work more than the building...kinda of like a slum landlord in the big cities.

they don't have any new furniture...as promised 3 years ago. no decent tv and most important NO HOT water...really.
