More Prudent Management

The management fees at Sands of Kahana are too high.

Now that virtually all the condominiums have been sold, and that we owners have purchased the underlying previously leased land, we truly need more prudent, responsible and reasonable price controls from Consolidated Resorts in managing the property.

Any thoughts in how to effectuate this?

I am currently staying at the resort and see that the management has stated the fees may be going up in 2009, due to higher delinquency rates and the economic situation. I considered purchasing but it seems that there is no cap on the maintenance fees here and it's cheaper to rent a unit through RCI, Interval, etc..than it is to pay the yearly fees. It seems that the owners should be getting some relief of some type.
