Make Sure You Have A Deed

I just discovered that I never received a deed to my Outer Banks Beach Club timeshare. I bought it through the Outer Banks Resort Rentals resale company. They transferred ownership to Peppertree at the time and I've paid all maintenance fees and exchanged the week ever since. Unfortunately, there is no proof that they ever had a deed recorded in my name. You'll be smart to check with the Dare County (NC) Register of Deeds to make sure you really do own your week. I've been trying for months to find anyone at the resort, the resale company, the management company, or the overall owner (Festiva?) who could help me.
