PI HC

This used to be a nice timeshare. However, we rented last winter and it was disappointing. For one thing, the affiliation with PIBC is gone, so that you cannot use PIBC facilities unless friends are staying at the PIBC. If not, then you have to follow a tiny footpath to the ocean.......Also, there is a huge 8 story condo building 2 feet behind the Harbour Club, so that there is absolutely NO property behing the Club. All you have is the marina............our unit was on the first floor. It was dark and dingy...........I would not rent from there anymore.
