The latest downgrade in service

Just spent a week up at LA. I'm sad to report that they no longer give you those two nice bars of soap we've been getting for years, one of the Sedona Red Soap and one of the Sea Kelp Soap.

Now all you get are two tiny round bars of some cheapo deodorant soap. This is just great for people who are allergic to deodorant soap or soaps with chemicals.

2008's fee on a Jerome was $635. For this sum they need to save a couple of bucks by giving us such shabby soap?

For the third year in a row I had those tiny ants in the room for company. They still have not replaced those cheapest-model worn-out toilets which never look clean.

14 years ago this place may have been 4 star, but now it's like a two-star motel with a few amenities.
