Resales

Does anyone else find it interesting that in these desperate economic times there are only 2 ABC units up for sale? I believe that is so because of the extraordinary value this resort represents. The weather is virtually guaranteed year round and its beach is beautiful. The staff are friendly and courteous and the maintenance fees are quite reasonable. Its two restaurants are situated on the beach with terrific views and the food is very good too. All the units have been recently updated and are in great shape. It is safe and well maintained. What else could you ask for? I own three weeks at this resort and wish I owned more.
