Getting the low price discount?

I am in the process of buying a resale. Will I be able to get the low price reservations $50 - 1 bedroom or $85 2 bedroom that I am reading about. I heard that the resort limits this to those that buy the timeshare from them directly paying $30,000 for the 1 week unit.
