Getting around the Cove- Snorkling closeby other beaches

How hilly the resort is as I have slightly injured my knee, and was considering staying 2 wks?

Know there is the elevator to the beach is it a long walk from the bldg?

Also looking out to the bay there is supposed to be another beach to snorkle on- was wondering if you go toward Secret Harbor to the left or toward town??
