Exchanging PB Sunset for another PB location

I own two weeks at PBSB.

Can anyone tell me about their experience in exchanging a PBSB week (just for one week, not a deed exchange) for another PB property, such as PB Emerald Bay?

Is there a simple procedure to follow or is it a big pain?

Is there a number or email, or is it best to do it when we are at PBSB?

Do I need to book my week and then look to exchange it thru RCI or will PB be happy (insert your own sarcasm) to help me?

You will need to bank your week with RCI and then exchange it. You do have priority over non Pueblo Owners however and you also have a private line to call at RCI. I have never had any problems trading them if you book far enough out.
