Current status ???

Since I'm still interested in potentially purchasing a week here, I'm hoping that a current owner can provide some update to inquiring minds with some first hand, informed input...

The North wing was (...after a very long period of time) completely rebuilt, but what is the current situation (and amounts) for owners regarding ongoing special assessments, any progress on legal actions reportedly undertaken against the foot-dragging insurance company, etc.?

An informed update from a current owner would be sincerely appreciated.
