Worst place to stay ever!!!!

Spent Christmas week here... Worst place ever!!!! The walls are so thin you can hear the other peoples full conversation. Doors slamming, kids screaming....came for some rest and relaxation and when we asked to be moved or for the front desk to do something...they were unresponsive. The desk lady agreed that the walls are thin and all she could do is apologize. The beds are hard as a rock...room small and not very clean. Elevators were dirty, no view whatsever. Lighting in the room is terrible...room is ver outdated. If the resort was at least accommodating...it would have at ,east eased the pain. Vacancies up and down the Gulf Blvd....stay somewhere else!

What unit were you in

If you were in a lockout Reddington wrote you, you it WAS SMALL WITH NO VIEW We are previous owners who have owned 5 different units in a period of 15 years and the only reason we are no longer there is because health reasons, (2 units at a time) They were easy to sell also. Dennis
