There is a TATOC regulated company called Fab Timeshare Resales opposite Playa Andaluza specialising in Marriott Vacation Club Timeshare Resales.

That sounds great. We know about another TATOC regulated company called Confused About Timeshare who also seem to specialise in all of the Marriott timeshare resales. They are based in Surrey, England.

I'm sure there are many more Mark considering how popular Marriott Vacation Club Resales are. I found Fab Timeshare Resales very knowledgable about specific questions other timeshare brokers I had contacted previously couldn't answer especially about the Destination Points program or how to get the best from a Marriott Vacation Club timeshare. I think it helps that all the Fab Timeshare Resales advisors have had successful sales careers at Marriott Vacation Club with a minimum of 3 years and understand the product on every single angle. Ps Mark, Do you know if confused about timeshare have got any 2 bed Platinums in Marbella or 3 bed Platinums in Playa Andaluza for sale as Fab Timeshare Resales seem to sell them as soon as they list them and I missed a cracking offer by thinking about it too long. They have put me on a waiting list as soon as another comes available but I really want something sorted today. I would like either a 2 bed Platinum Marbella or a 3 bed Platinum Playa Andaluza. Not too bothered about any Marriott Vacation Club inventory outside of Europe as I hear they are not as good as exchanging due to supply/demand in Europe. I was advised its almost impossible to exchange into Marriott Vacation Clubs in Europe at decent times of year unless you are an owner there as they have extremely high owner occupancy and virtually impossible with Destination Points unless you have a high amount of them which is still extremely limited availability.

I just had a look at confused online and no 3 bedroom Platinums in Playa Andaluza for sale. I did see they have one 2 bed Platinum in Marbella but no price advertised so i will call them to ask how much. I also tried looking on a couple more websites at the top of google and it seems 3 bed Platinums in Playa Andaluza are really difficult to find. There's others with 2 bed Platinums at Marbella but asking too much money compared to what Fab had. I just wish I had bought the one last week. The person at Fab did warn me at the time that they had a seller happy to take less than the normal market value and it wouldn't be sat there for sale for long at that price and I just thought it was a bit of sales tactic.
