we are spending 2 weeks at your resort

we are coming Sept 14, 2013 and are having great difficulty figuring out how to find the resort. Our directions from Shannon Airport tell us to turn left 400mts afterBodyke towards the Golf Club. we are unfamiliar with the mts as a unit of measure. please advise us of how to get there.
