New to the timeshare rentals, when it says $700 (121.00) a night is that per person or unit?

and does that include all your food and drinks for everyone in the rental? (all-inclusive)

The price listed typically does not include the food and drink for an all-inclusive resort. You would need to contact the owner directly to find out how much the per person fee is, what it includes, and if it is mandatory or optional.
