Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

I would like to rent a timeshare, what should I look out for?

Jan 19, 2015

Hi,

I searched the forums, but only found information on how to rent out an owned timeshare. I would like to be the renter through a RedWeek Ad.

How do I know I'm renting from a reliable person/company?

What should I look for and how do I best protect myself that the unit will be reserved for me when I show up?

What form of payment should I pay the person to again protect myself from a bogus rental?

Thank you, Ron
