Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

I want to sell my 2 week timeshare at La Manga Club in Spain, the top tennis & golf resort in Europe

Unfortunately there are no current units for sale or rent on Redweek to compare. Although Redweek sells internationally most of the sales are going to be from people from North America buying and selling and renting TS in North America including US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Do you know of a similar site that is more Eurocentric? Your more than half way through you contract and most timeshares are worth 10% or less than what you paid. If you get less value out of owning the weeks (either to use, rent, or exchange) then you want to consider how low your are willing to go? Are you willing to give them away. If so that might be quicker and easier then selling for a few hundred Euros. Try contacting a reputable broker that specializes in Spanish and see if you can get an estimate. Do not pay any large upfront fees to sell. The brokers commission should come out of the proceeds of the sale. If it doesn't sell for the brokers minimum commission, you will have to pay the fee after the sale is complete. A large upfront fee would be anything over $100.
