how to handle? an anniversary rental surprise

Aug 03, 2015

Someone wants to rent from me. The situation: she wants to surprise her parents for their anniversary. When she pays through pay pal----whose name do I transfer the reservation---her parents? Do I give the reservation department her parents information? I am wanting us to sign a rental agreement which she has agreed to sign too. Do her parents need to sign the agreement as well as her. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this arrangement?

The reservation needs to be in the name of the persons staying at the resort. Payment can be made by another party but beware of scammers. It's hard for me to see how you can be scammed if you have the payment well in advance of the rental date but anything is possible. Use the computer to Google as much information about the party renting. You can obtain a lot of information from the internet and Facebook about people.
