Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

want to buy but not use redweek brokers. is that possible

New to this but seems weird they only want to charge fees. Or use their company.

Any advice or are they just another timeshare resseller doing this only to make money.

Any tips.

Thanks Brad

It definitely is possible. But first, you and the current owner have to decide who will pay the closing costs. If it's decided that you will pay the closing costs, then you should be able to choose whichever closing company you want.

I am purchasing from a Redweek Broker. Can I use my own closing company.
