Absolutely a the average wait time for a bus is 10 mins maximum although we have been told that you can wait up to 20 mins during peak times. Saratoga is right on the waterway so you may also make use of the ferry to get to downtown Disney and other resorts in the area, Its directly across the lake from Downtown Disney and has a great view of all the action at night.
