Located on Brigantine Island, this contemporary resort offers a rooftop indoor/outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, and activity center with fantastic views of the ocean and Atlantic City's opulent skyline. This is an idyllic setting for the vacationer that enjoys tranquility, but also craves the excitement of lots going on. La Sammana Resort is just a few minutes from Atlantic City's glamorous casino district, the boardwalk, and The Walk, our town's fantastic new outlet and restaurant complex. In addition to shows, sporting events and concerts, you can play a round of golf, visit Steel Pier, take a fishing charter, expore the aquarium or zoo, or ride an historic railroad. The opportunities for amusement in Atlantic City and nearby destinations are endless. Charm is the word that comes to mind when thinking of Brigantine. Reminiscent of a traditional seashore town, this lovely island community lies snug against one of New Jersey's quieter beaches. The great apron of sand that sweeps the headland forming the southern bank of Absecon Inlet is a wonderful spot for swimming, sunning, sailboarding, surf-casting, or an impromptu beach bonfire.

This is a spectacularly located, modern, contemporary and stylish resort in the quaint seaside small beach town of Brigantine; but only a short 10 minute drive over the bridge to all the hustle and bustle of the enormous Atlantic City casinos (the Borgata and the Trump Marina are the closest). The perfect mix of the quiet seashore and the action packed city. The resort itself, which is only one block from the beach, is sleek and on the cutting edge in both design and service. We were very pleased and look forward to returning regularly. This is one of the best timeshares we have visited!

Considered buying timeshare hear but after my wife and I stayed there for a recent weekend we found that what they showed perspective purchasers is not what you ended up with. The location is very good but the building needs better maintenance.

Visited July 2005. Timeshare is spectacularly decorated in an ultra modern tech-type design with granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, large flat screen plasma/LCD TVs, and high-end furniture and fabrics. Easily 5 stars based on the interior decor. However, it is not really a resort as it has limited facilities and is one block from the beach. It is a converted motel type building located on the main highway and, from the exterior looks more than a five story suburban office building. The small size (54 +/- rooms) allows for personalized attention from the staff. This is a perfect place for families and others wanting a beautiful room in the tranquility of a seaside residential community in a suburban setting but are willing to sacrifice resort amenities and a beachfront location. (There are no real views from the rooms other than the highway or neighborhood).
