Very nice and close to the beach. There are lots of activities for families and kids. We enjoyed 5 years in a row at Waterside. All you need is a swim suit and toothbrush.

We just purchased a resale week 38, and went to the resort for the first time this September. The resort was beautiful setting is very natural and serene, the perfect vacation. Weather was outstanding, the staff & our unit were wonderful we had a beautiful view of the lagoon from the fifth floor. Can't wait to go back next year! Best of all you can just walk everywhere from here a great location near shops, the beach & dining venues.

Very close to the beach. Hilton Head Island is the Best vacation spot for family and golf. Went on a dolfin cruise, parasailing, deep-sea fishing and calm resting back at the resort. Highly recommended!

Stayed Easter Week March 21-30 2008

Very nice and clean resort. We had a 1 bedroom end unit that was very large with a very large deck. There was a door off the kitchen and one off the bedroom. The main pool was right across from us. The only problem was that this pool is not heated and was to cold to go in. There is a heated pool in another area but it was alot smaller and more shaded. They also have a childrens pool with waterfalls in a other area.

They had alot of activities for the kids, a Easter egg hunt and a the Easter Bunny was there. Ice Cream social every day, outside pingpong table and other things to do everyday. We had no children with us, but they all looked like they were having fun!

The Waterside is a few blocks from the Ocean but is not a bad walk at all. You can also rent bikes for $20 for the week. You can ride the bike on the beach...the sand is very firm. It is a Great Beach!!!! You can ride your bike for miles on it. Also within walking distance is the Coligny Plaza, with plenty of restaurants and gift shops. If you really wanted to stay local. and liked to walk or ride a bike you could do without a car. We took a cab from Savannah airport,for $75 (one way) they have fixed rates so you don't have to worry about being gouged. It is a beautiful area. My only wish was that Waterside was on the ocean!

We stayed at the Waterside in July 2007. We had a 3 bedroom unit. It was very clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach is a little longer than we thought, a hot walk with little kids. Our disappointment was with the pools. The pool decks were messy and the water was really warm, too warm. Also, there is no pool bar as we told before our stay. Overall, we rated it average.

We stayed at Waterside the last week of April 2007. Our three bedroom was an end unit and very spacious and clean. We had a slight problem with the door leading to the porch and maintenance came in a flash to make the repair. The pool and hot tub are nice. The smaller pool was used mainly by kids. Coligny Plaza and the beach are within walking distance of the resort. We have now purchased a week as well. Great place!

Stayed in March. Had a 3 bedroom unit. Each bedroom comes with it's own bathroom. Very large living space.

Did not use any other ammenities, but as far as size and cleanliness it was great.

Stayed there April 2005 - walked to the gates of Sea Pines when attending the MCI Heritage PGA Tour Stop! Easy walk to the beach! Great family resort! We bought a week without hesitation when the opportunity arose - NO REGRETS.

Units in building 8 are huge and in near new condition. We loved this resort.

The unit we had was nice and clean.We didnt have silverware and housekeeping was nice enough to bring up 3 forks . We asked for more flatwear but never received it. We bought plastic.There was one very small frying pan and 2 small pots . We asked for another pot and pan and it never came. My only real complaint is the secuirty /staff didnt do seem to have any control of the people who didnt watch their children/teenagers. There was 4 teen age boys who seemed to run all the other kids off from the pool by dunking them and pushing the smaller kids around.Their parents were no where to be found and the staff was called to the pool and they kinda stood around and watched it all happening and didnt do anything about it. It didnt help for the parents of the smaller children to say anything to these boys as they just ignored them .Finally they had the pool to themselves as they had dormented everyone so much with they foul language, splashing sun bathers and blasting people with their boom boxes.These same boys threw a childs small tricycle off of the second floor just missing a man getting out of a car. Again, staff did noting.

My husband and I had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit and,like most of the units, it has a deck that overlooks the lagoon. The units are spacious,well decorated, well- equipped, private, and the grounds were beautiful while we were there in late August- early Sepember. We would go back to this resort and highly recommend it to our friends. The beach is an easy walk and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, too!

We own Waterside by Spinnaker. This is a beautiful resort with spacious condominiums. 4 daily rounds of golf are included with your ownership.

What a great vacation! Short walk to the beach, shopping, & dining. The Coligny Plaza had live music every night.

The resort had planned activities, snacks, and a freindly staff. Great Place on a great Island!

We have a 2 bedroom timeshare here. The unit (non-smoking) is lovely, king bed in the master and twins in the second bedroom, with a queen sleeper in the living room. Kitchen had everyting we needed, including washer and dryer. No noise from adjoining units. 2 beautiful pools plus kids pool in a seperate area. 5 blocks to the beach with grocery store, 8 restraunts and lots of shops in between. Shuttle is available to and from the beach.

This is a great resort! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Great staff! Close to everything. We will certainly stay here again.
