A cool sea spray tickles your skin as you lounge on your private lanai at Sea Village. This three-story timeshare resort is perched right on the water's edge, with waves crashing into the sea wall at high tide. Of the 131 units, Vacation International owns 21 two-bedroom and 30 one-bedroom condominiums. All units are fully equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, Murphy bed in the living area, and private lanai.
Spend a day relaxing at the ocean side pool and spa, or enjoy a meal outdoors with friends at the BBQ and picnic area. Sea Village also has a tennis court for a friendly afternoon game.
Visit all the Big Island has to offer like Volcanoes National Park. Spread out over 33,000 acres, the park takes up a large portion on the southern part of the Big Island. Mauna Loa, rising at 13,677 feet, is easily the largest dormant volcano in the world. Kilauea volcano is where you can see the lava floes and eerie volcanic landscapes.

We have stayed at Sea Village whenever we visited the Big Island. The location is great, town is within walking distance, but it is far enough away that traffic and noise is not an issue. There is no beach, but the pool and hot tub are ocean front and there is a beautiful public beach with great snorkeling just down the road. We grilled out most every night while watching the sunset and recommend it as a great way to meet other vacationers. We also enjoyed watching the mongooses play in the rocks. Overall we always have a great stay here.

We stayed 6 nights this month in two different units. The first one was VERY dirty, kitchen appliances were very old and RUSTY, but the view was incredible. The second unit had to have the shower head replaced but was definitely cleaner. The units are very old and dated. The termites were making little piles of sawdust. It is close to town and the bay activities are right there to watch from the lanai. The pool and grounds are very nice.

When you take a Hawaiian vacation, you should stay on right the ocean, not blocks away. This resort has a great location right on the ocean. Some unit lanai's hang over the ocean and get hit with high surf. We have stayed at the Sea Village many times and now own units here. The resort is kept in perfect condition by Vacations International.
We love to relax at the oceanside pool and spa. Most evenings people gather around the gas bar-b-ques, cook dinner and eat at the tables on the beautiful lawn or back on thier lanai's. We don't play tennis but there is a full size court. The ocean side pool and spa are where we relax, listening to the waves. At night the sound of the waves lull us to sleep. My friend has caught us dinner by fishing from shore at the condo too. We have stayed in fancier and newer condos in Mexico, but for a 20+ year old resort, it is in very good condition. I would rate the quality more like a Hilton than a Four Seasons. It is a wood 3 story building with no elevators. The is lots of parking but no garage. We often walk to the tourist part of town, but drive to Walmart, K-mart or Costco for major shopping when we stay more than a week or two.
The interiors of the units rented from SeaVillageCondos.com are beautifully remodeled and have everything you need except your food and beverages. There is a Safeway and two other large grocery stores a mile away. There are cable TVs in the living and bedrooms. A stereo, VCR, two telphones, blender, mixer, washer/dryer and every utinsil you whould ever need. The ceiling fans and ocean breezes keep you cool, so you don't need air conditioning. It rarely exceeds 88 degreees. Perfect Kona weather for a perfect Hawaiian vacation! You will not regret staying at the Sea Village.
