The condos are beautiful, and very spacious. The location could not be any better. The amenities at the resort are minimal, but people go to Sun Valley in the summer to enjoy all it has to offer. You cant go wrong with a great vacation in Sun Valley in the summer time

UNITS ARE OLDER, BUT HAVE BEEN WELL MAINTAINED. THEY ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN KETCHUM AND BUS STOPS THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO ALL THE SKI LIFTS.
