Royal Aloha Village by the Sea is comprised of two six-story buildings named Plumeria and Anthurium after the vibrant tropical flowers found in the Hawaiian Islands. The resort offers one- and two-bedroom timeshare accommodations complete with air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa, and television. One-bedroom units feature a queen bed in the bedroom; two-bedroom units feature a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.

Village by the Sea, often called by its Hawaiian name, Kauhale Makai, fronts state conservation shoreline property between Maalaea and Kihei. Nearby are fabulous restaurants, shopping, art galleries, golf courses, and nightlife. The slopes of Haleakala, the world's largest dormant volcano crater, beckon in the distance. Across the island lies the peaceful town of Hana. Traversing the winding road along the ocean to Hana is an unforgettable adventure.
