It is said that Brockway Springs was the first deeded timeshare project in the world. Once a historic spa, the property was developed at the turn of the nineteenth century into a lakefront resort. Today, Brockway Springs is a gated resort community with 78 condo units and 19 multi-million dollar homes.

Brockway Springs offers four lake view timeshare condominiums with two or three bedrooms. Two-bedroom units sleep six, and three-bedroom units sleep eight. All timeshare accommodations are completely furnished and include a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, wireless Internet access, cable TV with HBO, and VCR/DVD players.

There are a cornucopia of activities to choose from at Brockway Springs and Lake Tahoe. Take a dip in the year-round swimming pool heated directly by natural hot springs, or play with the kids in the children's wading pool. Also available are two tennis courts, fishing and boating pier, and a clubhouse with saunas and a fitness room. And don't forget about the fabulous winter skiing at area ski resorts, or summertime fun on the lake in the form of waterskiing, swimming, scuba diving, or parasailing.
