We are owners at The Beach Condominiums. It was hit by huricane Ivan and then the next year by huricane Dennis. At the moment there is only a shell of a building left. They are in the processing of deciding whether to rebuild or sale. It is no longer being used. Hopefully it will be rebuilt. The beach is wonderful in Navarre Beach!

My husband and I attempted to stay in this resort last year. This resort is in serious need of improvements and general tlc. We took one look at the unit we were to stay in, immediately left and called RCI. They were kind enough to refund our week to us. We stayed at the Best Western for the week we were in Navarre. By the way, it's a great place with a wonderful friendly staff!

This is a great place if you enjoy the beach and the beautiful emerald gulf waters of Navarre Beach. The units are all one bedroom types with sleeping for six. (Two queen size beds in bedroom and a sofa in the living room.) If you are a beach person, you can hardly find a better, more beautiful beach. The unit is comfortable for sleeping. We have been there as a couple and we have been there with a group of six.
