Ocean Beach Club

First time in Ocean Beach Club !!! We bought a used timeshare (Condo 1 E, Christmas Week) and found a wonderful place: - quiet resort, no traffic nearby - neighboured to a wonderful beach - small resort (only 10 appartments), no crowds of people - atlantic coast with waves and wind, large beach area - interesting attractions within 1 hour to visit ( theme parks in Orlando, Disney, Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center) - beach area good for biking - every day sun, warm enough to swim in the ocean - heated pool till 10 pm besides the entrance of our condo - terrasse with ocean front view - well equipped rooms - no towers arround, open sky - airports nearby (Orlando, Daytona) - shopping in Daytona nearby - restaurants nearby - internet, wireless - our result: 5 stars on a family scale What else is needed for a Family ?

Ocean Beach Club is the only Gold Crown rated resort in New Smyrna Beach! This small resort is perfect for people wanting an ocean front location, on a perfect beach, without the crowds. Kids and couples have lots of room around the pool and on the beach to be together without fighting the throngs of people like you do in Daytona Beach. I think there are only 10 units at the resort, so the pool, and beach in front of the resort, are never crowded. The ocean front units have balconies that are only a few few feet from the sand beach, and have the best view of any place I have ever stayed. The units have all been remodelled since the hurricanes of 2004 with new furniture, washer/ dryers, full kitchens, and much more. About an hour to Orlando, 30 minutes to Daytona, 45 minutes to the space center, and 1 1/2 hours to St Augustine. Close to everything, but why leave the most relaxing, uncrowded, ocean front resort you've ever visited. Families or couples, you have found the right resort.

If you like the beach, this is the resort you want to be in. My unit is directly facing the beach. I own week 20 (around 3rd week of May).

The unit has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 2 baths, full kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer in the unit.. This unit is awesome.

Once all updates & new furniture is in the units i would rate it a 5 star. I couldn't ask for any more in a resort.

Oh yes, and I forgot to mention, the pool is heated.
