Windy Shores II

The only good thing about this place is the location- on the beach at the end of the street. There is no visible management. The furnishings are old and very cheap. The bathrooms have old, tired fixtures. The carpet had a large stain right at the entrance. The screws are still in the wall where pictures used to be. To open one kitchen drawer, you had to open the refrigerator door since the handle was in the way. The paint job was terrible. Never again.

CAN'T BEAT OCEANFRONT!! WE HAVE ENJOYED OUR TIME AT THIS QUIETER, SMALLER, LOW KEY RESORT. MUCH NICER FOR RELAXING AND REALLY ENJOYING THE BEACH.

The three-bedroom unit has full kitchen, dinning area and living room with TV and VCR with an entry onto the balcony. The master bedroom has it own full bathroom with an entry onto the balcony and a TV in the room. The second bed- room has a TV and full bath with a washer and dryer built into the closet. The third-bedroom has twin beds. The resort is only 4 floors and is located in a low-key residential area in North Myrtle Beach about 5 blocks from the major highway running through Myrtle Beach. The living room has a pullout sofa bed that sleeps two. There is no management on site but Defender Realty manages the resort and is not far away. The resort has a parking overflow area about a block away.

Older unit with modest furnsishings, but with great location. Nice pool and ocean front balcony. Added bonus is individual storage unit for each condo that provides place to store beach and pool tools. Not many places offer this. We've been going here for 10 years and find it comfortable, but definitely not as upscale as some of the newer buildings.

Great location. Quiet but a short drive to everything. Right on an uncrowded stretch of beach
