Atlantic Resorts

This is our 2nd year owning at this resort, and I am extremely happy with it. While these units are not new or fancy, they're CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and HUGE (units are side by side) some are 3/2 and some are 2/2 and even though we had 8 people with us, it never felt crowded. Having two living rooms each with sleeper sofa's makes the difference, one being upstairs & one on the first floor. (Some have three floors and those have third and first floor living rooms) My unit is always super clean when we arrive, and the management is right on top of things needing to be fixed or replaced. (Plus super friendly!) Most of the units face a golf course with a canal view in the distance, but some are right in front of the canal. There is a nice deck with table and chairs, and a second deck with chairs on the top floor. (Very small) It is very quiet in this area, which is nice after a day at the beach and boardwalk. (15 min. drive and expect LOTS of traffic in the summer!) You get only one parking spot per unit, but there are non- numbered spots where anyone can park. Lot's of restaurants and activities to do in the area. One thing I wish they could change....is the SMALL washer/dryer in the unit!!!!! You can only do like 5 articles of clothing, and when you have 8 people with you....it means doing laundry all the time!!!

Three stars for the huge unit. Two floors. Pet deposit is now $100 even though we stayed 3 days instead of the full week. Not prorated, non-refundable.

The main floor is the upstairs one. Difficult for those who have trouble climbing stairs a few times per day or getting luggage and supplies up there.

We have been here 2 times and for a family with 3 children, it is really terrific. The children have 4 pools to choose from, the beach club is very nice in Ocean City. It was only 10 minutes across the bay to get to OC and we didn't mind this at all. they were clean, attractive and have been updatred. We did not have any bugs. We even had another family come and stay and there was plenty of room for all. A real bargain as compared to places in Ocean City. We bought a unit we liked it so much. The staff is really nice. Also , we liked eating a "tutti gusti' restaurant in Ocean City and Phillips.

Just got back! If you golf it is great. units are big. However, no HBO, lot of bugs, and the list goes on. I rented to go here not worth the money. Rci it would be ok. The view is outstanding! The units need to be updated!
