Marriott's Imperial Palm Villas offers three-bedroom, two-bath luxury timeshare villas with private balcony, spacious living and dining areas, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Master suites feature a king-size bed and oversized soaking tub. Villas also boast guest bedrooms with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Grounds at Marriott's Imperial Palm Villas include a lagoon, fountains, and expansive green fairways surrounding the resort. Nighttime strolls along the resort's walking paths are the perfect end to a busy day at the parks. Stretch out in a hammock by the water and get lost in a favorite book or take a much needed nap. Additional on-site amenities include two heated pools, children's pool, hot tub, sauna, and basketball and volleyball courts.

The hallmark of Marriott's Orlando resorts is the Faldo Golf Institute at Grande Vista Golf Club. This one-of-a-kind golf instructional experience was designed to help golfers of every level improve their skills and enjoyment of golf. *Note: The adjacent Marriott Orlando World Center Marriott Resort and Convention Center is in the process of constructing a major space expansion which is expected to be completed in November 2007. As a result, the entrance into Marriott's Imperial Palm Villas will be altered to accommodate this growth. Guests may experience some construction noise between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday, as well as construction traffic and movement of equipment and vehicles.
