Breezy Point Timeshare is located on the southeastern edge of Big Pelican Lake, in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes area. There are many family activities available including boating, fishing, and swimming. The lakes and rivers abound with bass, crappie, wall eye, trout, and blue gill. Hiking trails and biking paths are a terrific way to view this lovely wilderness area. In the winter, you can enjoy the many snowmobiling trails and downhill skiing. Other amenities offered in the distinct area include an outdoor pool with slide, kiddie pool with fountain, sauna & steam rooms, exercise equipment, and Jacuzzi tubs. We went to this resort first on an exchange. We now own 4 weeks in different buildings! There are many different unit/sizes as far as accommodations. There are also 11 associations among those buildings of Breezy Point Timeshare. We own at Pelican Bay, Point Place, Breezy Center, and High Village. The first 3 have lakeviews ,2 have enclosed 4-5 person jacuzzi tubs inside our room overlooking the lake. The HV unit has a 3/4 olympic size pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool in the building. Really nice. :) This resort does have an Up North feel and lots to do on site. Kids activities, 3 indoor pools, an arcade, and 2 nice beach areas, 1 with a playground area. I am happy we found this great oasis for our future family vacations!

We love this resort. We've been here several times and have stayed at the Point, Point Place, and Breezy Center. All the rooms have been great! It's very family friendly. Our 2 boys have never told us they're bored at this resort and we can't wait to go back again. They especially enjoy the Pelican Center with the water slide and the basketball court!

Carolyn & I had an enjoyable, relaxed vacation (the week of May 24, 2003) at Breezy Point Timeshares. This is a rather confusing resort as there are three RCI affilliated resorts adjacent to each other with no obvious boundaries (Breezy Point Timeshares, Breezy Point International and White Birch) furthermore, there are multiple Vacation Owners Associations (VOA's) within the groups and lastly, the timeshares are among year-around whole ownership properties.. The resort area is HUGE and somewhat impersonal...however, the registration, housekeeping and maintenance staffs were friendly and competent...

We had what I considered to be one of the largest and most comfortable timeshare units that I have experienced heretofore.. the unit had 2-levels, 2 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, an attached garage, a utility room with W/D, a large porch/deck and a full kitchen with a pass-through to a large dining area...

Breezy Point is a VERY large resort located on Pelican Lake and includes an 18-hole golf course.. there is a significant amount of fishing and boating activity on the lake.. this resort surrounds Breezy Point International (a separate RCI affiliated resort and conference center).. boutique and antique shops abound in the area.. the paved 50+ mile Paul Bunyon Trail is nearby for biking, hiking and roller blading..

The closest large grocery store (Cub's Foods) is located in Brainerd (about 20 miles away).. Local access telephone numbers were not available for Compuserv, AOL, etc., but internet service was readily available on computers in the conference center and at the Breezy Point registration/activity center just outside the main gate..
