We were here in January 2003 and for most of the week were the only guests. Low season, of course, and the hotels which are now required in conjunction with each casino take most of the business. There were no programmed activities and the desk closed early.

This is rather sad, since this is one of the most beautifully decorated units we have seen anywhere and the reception area is also lovely. Like the other resorts that used to be Grandvistas, there are full kitchens and both washer & dryer in each unit. There is a large porch with a stunning view of all the casino lights at night.

We visited each of the several casinos and ate in some. However, we are not gamblers so spent most of our time at historic sites and the new Tunica museum--of which they are justly proud. (They were thrilled that we bought a CD in their gift shop and kept giving us extra things like magnets and cotton.)

This might have rated 5 stars in a more lively season.
