Exceptional! Clean, 1-bedroom fully furnished w/fireplace 2 blks from the Plaza. Parking is a potential problem (too few places, too many condos and businesses), but there was an attendant for the building next door who took care of it. No problems. Will definitely be back. What a deal! Stayed 2/24-3/3/07.

5 stars because, at $99 a night for a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, I couldn't have asked for anything more. There are 18 condos, all of which seem to be different sizes and with somewhat different furnishings. The interiors can be a little outdated, but everything was clean. We stayed in one of hte largest units, and it was great! I have 3 small children, so extra space is important.

Office personnel were helpful (although some of the office staff didn't seem as knowledgeable about day-to-day operations), and the daily maid service was excellent. Very nice people.

Location is excellent, just 2 blocks from the Plaza, and across the street from a coffee place and several restaurants.

The one drawback is that parking is limited. There are 12 spaces (included 1 Handicapped) for 18 condos and several businesses. We had to park in a pay lot across the street a couple of times. Inconvenient, but (again) for $99 a night, it was worth it.

This is an exceptionally convenient, comfortable and clean property. Perfect for feeling like you are in someone's well staffed home rather than in an impersonal and cookie cutter timeshare. A little old-fashioned but perfect for the Santa Fe downtown experience.

Only a couple of blocks from Santa Fe's main plaza, this small 2 story resort has very tight security. Our unit was a comfortable 1 bdrm with eat-in kitchen and living rm with fireplace. Units surround the pool area. Nothing else is here. It's clean, safe, comfortable and Santa Fe's shops & cultural activities are outside the door.

I love this resort! In addition to being an historic building, it's in a perfect location for really getting to know Santa Fe. Right outside the door there are fabulous shops, galleries and restaurants. The decor is wonderfully southwest (Santa Fe style as they say here). The daily maid service was a real plus, and the resort personnel were friendly and helpful.
