We stayed 5 nights in a studio. We found the room clean, nicely decorated and roomy for 2 people. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave and sink, very adequate for our keeping our hiking snacks and for breakfast. The adult only pool is small but nice. The time share people made their pitch to get us to come to a sales presentation but we declined and they didn't approach us again. We met another couple who did go to the presentation and received a free jeep tour - a pretty good promotion, but not worth the time spent for us. The resort has a nice workout room, clubhouse and a laundry. If we had known about the laundry we would have packed lighter. The resort is in west Sedona, a very good location if you don't want to be in the hub-bub of downtown also convienent to many hiking areas. The road south out of Sedona is being widened and the traffic is terrible, so we really liked being away from that area. I do recommend this resort.

Resort is at south end of Sedona...about 2 miles from center but since everyone has a car, it's a short drive.

Units are clean ,bright, and spacious and the views of the surrounding Red Rocks are magnificient. One bedroom unit has gas fireplace and Jaccuzi.

Be sure to take a trip to Jerome which was an old mining town halfway up Mingus mountain but is now an antique and craft area with really quaint old shops.

The jeep Red Rock tours are a must.

Many very good and reasonable restaurants nearby and if you go to the Sedona visitors center, you can buy a discount book for eating, shopping, and tours for about $5 that will save $$$.

quite away out of sedona, units while modern and up to date, are very dark, and dim, pool was a long way from our unit.

we won't go back, to dark and depressing

Stayed mid-Feb. for one week. Unit kitchen was basic and more of a galley than a kitchen. Living room was on the small size especially since kitchen table tood up a portion of it. Bed room also just adequate. Furnishings were inexpensive but adequate. Ok for wife and I but one bedroom unit would not work with another couple or with kids. The lock out associated with our one bedroom was small, but again adequate.

Pool was heated, again just enough. Saturday morning cold buffet which we discovered when checking out was one of the best I've seen, and all free so arrive early!! Staff was friendly and helpful, but more inclined to know about guided tours etc, and less likely to be conversant about hiking and cycling.

Sales staff was quite pushy especailly since they claimed not to be. They were real pros and just gradually increased the pressure. At end the guy was a real pain in the butt.

All in all resort was clean, and adequate. We would certainly stay there again, but avoid the sales pitch.

Stayed here in winter of 2002. Staff were helpful and friendly - like most of the people I encountered in Sedona. Wasn't hassled by sales staff, and enjoyed the location of the timeshare. Studio was nice, although not something I would choose normally (I'd pick a one bedroom if it were two people travelling.) The studio just felt too small. Kitchen was adequate for one person who really wasn't hanging around cooking.

Enjoyed it and would visit again readily.

A wonderful feature that hasn't been mentioned that we loved is this resort enjoys the full use of the Hilton Resort and Spa amenities free of charge. It's about a 10 - 15 minute drive but we were on vacation anyway. The spa has beautiful shower and dressing room so we'd just dress from there to go on our way. I loved the peaceful, perfect temperatured lap pool surrounded by the Sedona red rock mountains; steam room and indoor ladies jacuzzi. My husband liked the workout facilities. Additional standard spa services such as massage, hair care, facials, etc. were available.

We felt we probably had better room accommodations than the Hilton Resort would have had. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 full kitchen unit was very spacious with oversized bath jacuzzi and separate shower. Still we had all the advantages of the 20,000 s.f. luxury spa facilities of the Hilton - enjoying the best of both resorts.

Sedona is an unusual, gorgeous, cool, out-of- this-world looking kind of place. Combine that with a large home away from home and a very high end spa - now you have an awesome vacation place!

We stayed at the Summit in early January 2004. The 2 bedroom unit we shared with another couple was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location of our unit gave us beautiful views of the red rocks of Sedona. The continenal breakfast was an added treat. We didn't use any of the common facilities since our stay was short but I'd recommend it to anyone from what we experienced...

Super Resort! It’s great! The rooms are outstanding! This area is so peaceable and tranquil that you really get to rest. That is unless you want to slip out and enjoy all the great recreational activities.

We have stayed at the Summit three times. The layout of their two bedroom is outstanding. We brought guests to use the studio lockout, which has a limited kitchen and adequate space. Each family had plenty of privacy.

Sedona is wonderful and is a "must" place to visit. We come here as often as we can (four times in the past year).

We reside in England so this was an extraordinary experience for us. What a wonderful place. We bought within days of staying here. That was 6 years ago and we have stayed twice. Wish it could be more. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. If possible, enter Sedona from the Flagstaff end. The road leading in to Sedona is a wonderful drive. You really get the feel of the place.

Clean, spacious with beautiful vistas. The location was good with easy access to the Grand canyon and a beautiful two hour ride from Phoenix Int'l airport.

The kids liked the trail rides, jeep tours and the natural (cold) water slide at Slide Rock Park. We're going back next year.

Lovely rooms, fireplace, balcony. It is a little bit out of town. Many different hot tubs scattered throughout the grounds so there is one near each building.
