Adjacent to the resort is Heavenly Ski Resort, North America's largest ski area. If you're looking for a variety of skiing and snowboarding experiences, try any of the additional 15 ski areas located within an hour's drive of Tahoe Village Condominiums. In spring, summer, and fall months, enjoy one of the riverboat cruises around the lake. A view from the water is the perfect way to see the spectacular scenery of Lake Tahoe.

A little known fact about Lake Tahoe is that it is an excellent location for scuba diving. The lake is one of the most unique dive destinations in the world. Scuba divers of all skill levels enjoy high visibility in 55- to 68-degree water during the summer months. Divers can see schools of trout, huge submerged boulders, and dramatic vertical drops just 25 feet from shore that are ideal for wall diving. The clear mountain waters of Lake Tahoe provide up to 60 feet of visibility on an an average day, and well over 100 feet on a good day.
