I JUST CAME FROM THIS DUMP. WE STAYED ONLY ONE NIGHT AND LEFT. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE! I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES TO BACK THIS STATEMENT UP.ITS DIRTY , RUN DOWN , RUSTED OUT, STINKS. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR AND USING THE GAS STATION RESTROOMS. I EXCHANGED TO THIS RESORT AND CRIED WHEN WE PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT . I CANT BELEIVE THIS IS AN RCI RESORT. HORRIBLE! I GIVE IT A ZERO !

Stayed at the resort in April of 2005. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. Could smell the salt air of the gulf. All amenities were nearby, especially Tampa Bay Bridge and Devil Ray Park. The swimming pool was inviting and relaxing.

This is a funny resort, yes it’s old, built in the 60’s converted in the 80’s I’ve stayed at this resort many times at least 3 times a year, the resort is on a great Island surround by fabulous homes, one of the great secrets is the beach, you need a car but at Fort Desoto just down the road is one of the top 10 beaches in the world.

This is no Gold Crown or 5 star resort but it has just that feel good factor about it, the rooms are large & in need of refurbishment, but for all that’s wrong with the resort, you can’t get away from the fact. That the staff as so helpful it really feels like home away from home, after the first day your vacation just gets better daily,

I bought RCI Points at this resort, just to use on exchange, what a great deal that was if you don’t have points you don’t know what you are missing
