Very well done motel conversion. Comfortable studios in the sothern costal region of main. Daily maid service. Great good size indoor pool. I went swiming every day. everything worked. Great base to see the southen main area and eat seafood.

We stayed here for a weekend for a family reunion and really enjoyed it. Nice units, very clean and spacious. Convenient to the ocean and to everything in Wells and surrounding areas.
